Here are a few FAQs. Please get in touch if you’ve got any questions that aren’t answered here…

Yes, we will ask for 30% of the full rental cost when a firm booking is made. If you’re booking with us within 6 weeks of the holiday start date, we will request full payment. We’ll send you an email requesting the exact sum for the deposit or balance. This will include a link that you will need to click so that you can pay online via your debit or credit card. This is our preferred method for payments, but we would of course be open to considering other options. Please see our Ts&Cs.

Let us know what suits you – and we’ll do our best. The usual check in time is from 3pm, and check out is by 10am.

Yes, outside of the Spring Bank Holiday and school summer holiday we offer short breaks for a minimum of three nights and we will also consider longer lets of over two weeks at a discounted price. Please get in touch and we’ll accommodate you, subject to availability!

The stated tariff includes gas, electricity, bed linen and towels (excluding beach/pool towels – please bring your own).

Excellent question – the answer is YES! We can give you a 15% discount on your ferry travel with Red Funnel and Wightlink. We’ll send you details on how to claim it once you’ve paid your balance.

Please get in touch and we can provide detailed information on the individual apartments. Three of the apartments at Dove Court are on the ground floor and have step-free access.

Yes! You’ll sleep on 100% cotton sheets – all bedding is allergy free. We also provide bath towels but please bring your own beach towels.

Sorry, we love animals, but operate a ‘no pets’ policy.

Yes, several local restaurants will deliver to the door, including Chinese, Indian and pizza. Here are TripAdvisor’s suggestions.

You can see all the latest blockbusters at the Cineworld Cinema in Newport (our ‘capital’ town!). There’s also the Commodore Cinema in Ryde which has special deals and cheap seats. It’s easy to get to both cinemas by car or bus.

Shanklin Theatre is close by – it’s a lovely, atmospheric venue with an eclectic programme that ranges from theatre productions to music and comedy. You can book tickets online.
