1. Blackgang Chine Season Finale Firework Display (2nd November)
Celebrate the end of the 2024 season with an incredible fireworks show at Blackgang Chine!
Expect their grandest display to date, promising a night of amazing sights and sounds. DJ Omar returns to set the vibe from 5:30 pm, bringing the energy of the Summer Fest and Sunset Sessions back for one last night.

2. Race the Train @ Isle of Wight Steam Railway (2nd November)
Take part in a one-of-a-kind running event by racing against a steam train! This 5km course offers a unique challenge for everyone—from avid runners to families seeking some active fun. The race kicks off at Havenstreet station with registration, followed by a ride to Wootton. Once the train’s whistle blows, it’s time to race along a scenic woodland trail back to Havenstreet.

Entry: £15 for adults, £10 for under 18s, includes train journey and a finisher’s medal. Free parking available.

3. Yarmouth Fireworks and Torchlight Procession (5th November)
Head to Yarmouth for a memorable bonfire night celebration on the Isle of Wight. The festivities start with a torchlight procession led by the lively Freshwater & Totland Samba band, parading through the high street to the common. Once there, enjoy a bonfire lighting and a stunning fireworks show at around 7 pm.
Delicious food and drink stalls will be on-site with options like hot drinks, burgers, and fish & chips.

4. Slomo Sauna at Tapnell Farm (7th November – 29th December)
For a unique wellness experience, visit Tapnell Farm, home to the UK’s first floating public sauna! The Slomo Winter Warmer contrast therapy experience includes two wood-fired Nordic saunas with lake views, a 7-foot ice plunge tank, and a cosy lounge area with a fire pit.

5. Northwood House Christmas Fair (30th November – 1st December)
The Northwood House Christmas Fair returns with over 40 local vendors showcasing handcrafted gifts, artwork, and festive produce. This fair is ideal for picking up unique Christmas presents for friends and family.
Admission is free, with parking nearby on the street, at Park Road Car Park, and Cowes Enterprise College.
Open from 10am to 4:30 pm both days.
6. Southern Vectis Christmas Lights Tour (6th-23rd December)
Southern Vectis is once again hosting its magical Christmas Lights Tour.
