The infamous Halloween Tap N Ale returns with another Day of the Dead special! Opening the evening’s proceedings with a live performance from the amazing Slick Minded Individuals, the south coast’s funk, reggae, drum and bass rap fusion warriors!
As the evening grows older, dance the night away with a Halloween rave-up featuring our resident roof-raisers, the Galactic DJs. Bringing a mash-up of classic party bangers and killer tunes to make you get down on the dance floor, and throw some monster shapes.
Halloween Extravaganza at Arreton Barns

This October Arreton Barns are calling all little witches, wizards, ghosts and ghouls, Arreton Barns ‘Fang-tastic’ Halloween Extravaganza will be returning for another year of ‘spooktacular’ family fun.

Fright Night at the Isle of Wight Steam Railway

Looking for a more adrenaline-filled time at the railway? Then challenge yourself to enter ‘Train of Fright’ during this, take our ‘ghost train’ through the Island’s deserted night time countryside, passing darkened woodland and desolate fields. Explore their colour-changing haunted Forest and Woodland Creep but stick to the paths and beware of the ghouls lurking behind those trees!
Train Story Visitor Centre will, once again, have you running for the exits. Linger awhile and hear some spooky tales. See if you can pick up the vibes of those long since departed but whose earthly bonds keep them here with us, such as a loco driver who still dwells on the footplate and a former passenger still ‘travelling’ in one of our carriages. This is a rare opportunity to visit Havenstreet Station at night and to take a night time steam train ride on the Railway.
Terror Island at Blackgang Chine
